The game creates a log file containing errors and other messages that can be very useful when tracking down issues.

You can access the logs by opening your file explorer and entering this into the address bar:

Windows	%AppData%\Godot\app_userdata\Idols of Ash\logs
macOS	~/Library/Application Support/Godot/app_userdata/Idols of Ash/logs/
Linux	~/.local/share/godot/app_userdata/Idols of Ash/logs/

First thing we would recommend for most issues is to check for corrupted game files.

Using Steam	Steam has a built-in tool to automatically check and fix your game cache. Instructions available here.
Using itch.io	Re-download the game files from the itch.io page.
